Meet The Founder
Long before I was coordinating weddings professionally, I was the little girl helping behind the scenes at family weddings. I grew up in a large family where weddings were never just events. They were celebrations that brought all of my favorite people together in one place. Some of my earliest memories involve arranging florals with my Memaw, helping my aunt with decorations, organizing details, and finding any excuse to be part of my cousins' planning processes. I loved seeing months of preparation come together in a single day and watching the joy on a couple's face when everything finally unfolded.
What started as a childhood fascination eventually became a passion. As I built my own business, I realized I didn't just love weddings; I loved serving people during one of the most meaningful seasons of their lives. Turning that lifelong passion into a career felt like a natural next step.
Today, I have the privilege of helping couples navigate the planning process with confidence, clarity, and a whole lot less stress. Whether I'm creating timelines, coordinating vendors, solving last-minute problems, or fluffing a dress before you walk down the aisle, my goal is simple: I want you to be fully present for the moments that matter most.
One of my favorite parts of this job is the relationships that come from it. My couples aren't just dates on a calendar. I care so deeply about their story, their vision, and the experience they're creating for their family and friends. Many of the couples I work with become friends long after the wedding day is over, which is something I never take for granted.

01. Reserve your date + let's get started
Once your wedding date is reserved, we jump right into working together. We like to call ourselves "ASAP coordinators" because we don’t believe in waiting until the last minute to support you.
One of our first steps is scheduling a site visit at your venue. During this visit, we begin mapping out a rough wedding day timeline so you can confidently provide vendors with accurate timing as you continue planning.
Starting early helps ensure your entire vendor team is working from the same vision from the very beginning.
02. Final Details meeting
While you continue planning your wedding and securing vendors, we remain available for guidance, recommendations, and support whenever you need it.
Once your vendor team is finalized, we’ll schedule a comprehensive details meeting where we walk through every aspect of the wedding day together. This includes vendor logistics, ceremony flow, decor placement, special moments, and any other details that make your day uniquely yours.
From there, we finalize your complete wedding day timeline so every vendor knows exactly what to expect.

Even though coordination services officially begin closer to the wedding, booking ahead allows us to become familiar with your plans and be available for guidance if questions come up.
